We regularly add value to a project by incorporating the mating features of solenoid mounting and armature interface into our custom products.
  • ENVIRONMENT – We provide products to a wide variety of environments. We have the supply base and the in-house experience to create products intended for harsh environments, extreme conditions, and specialized specifications.
  • SIZE – Given today’s energy prices, most components have little space to perform. We design and manufacture custom solenoids that will fit within your space constraints, but still function at the same necessary level of performance.

  • ENGINEERING – We have multi­discipline engineering teams capable of designing, detailing (Pro-E system for layouts and detailed drawings), prototyping, and simulation to ensure the product meets or exceeds specifications.
  • MANUFACTURING – We have the manufacturing capabilities to receive incoming raw materials, confirm composition, machine to detailed specifications, assemble (welding, bonding, molding, brazing), plate for environmental protection, inspect, test, and ship.
  • TESTING – Overseeing all of these efforts is an extensive Quality Department utilizing state of the art measuring equipment and techniques for detail part and final assembly conformance to drawings and specifications. We also conduct extensive testing to support your validation and certification processes.

CNC WINDING MACHINES & COMPUTER AUTOMATED TEST STANDS
Reduce the time and cost associated with manual testing. You can also eliminate any possibility of operator error.

COMPUTER AIDED DESIGN
Our staff, including over 120 qualified engineers, use CAD to design 3D models of products before the manufacturing stage.

FINITE ELEMENT ANALYSIS
Perform analysis such as vibration, shock, temperature, magnetic, flow, heat transfer and stress.

HIGH-VOLUME SCREW MACHINES
We have six-spindle, eight-spindle, chucking, and bar machines.

CNC MACHINES
Our CNC machines include multi-axis, vertical and horizontal turning and milling, and automatic manufacturing cells.

PLATING
Cadmium, zinc, electroless nickel, zinc phosphate, chemical film on aluminum, anodize, passivate, Zinc Nickel and others.

PRESSURE MOLDING
Transfer and injection coil overmolding.

WELDING/BRAZING
Electron beam, gas tungsten arc welding, laser, induction, heliarc, spot welding, and brazing.

NDT TESTING & MATERIAL ANALYSIS
Non-Destructive Testing services that includes x-ray, visual, and Dye Penetrant inspection.


ENGINE DYNAMOMETER
50-1000 Horsepower, 100-6000 RPM, 3560 ft-lbs of continuous absorption. Fueled by diesel or natural gas, natural gas up to 3000PSIG,120 SCFM (143 kg/hr).

ENVIRONMENTAL TESTING
Including, but not limited to, shock, vibration, salt spray, humidity, high (1000F) and low (-150F) temperatures, altitude to 100,000 feet, and other testing as required.

HYDRAULIC TESTING
Up to 75HP, 60,000 PSI, with a multitude of fluids.

PACKAGING
Commercial, military, environmental storage, custom, VPCI and returnable packaging and cleaning.

R&D LABORATORY
Electrical characteristics, operational performance including pneumatic and hydraulic pressure/flow stands, response time, life cycling, evaluation of new processes, features, and new product development are just a few of the many “in-house capabilities”.

MANUFACTURING ENGINEERING
We carry all the necessary equipment needed in-house for designs and builds. In addition, our staff is fully trained to troubleshoot and repair machinery and automated equipment, further minimizing downtime.
