CNC Machinist

Openings for both set up and operation of CNC lathes and mills. Must have prior machining experience, be able to read blue prints and use gauges. CMM and comparator knowledge a plus as well as GD&T. Must be adept at working with close tolerances.

Demand Planner

Demand Planner The primary role of the demand planner is to develop a demand forecast using data such as customer input (EDI feeds, web portals, other communications), new product launches, shipment histories and marketing plans. This position is a key driver in creating and managing true consumer demand signals by which to align the rest of the supply chain and company resources. The demand planner will be responsible for creating a demand forecast that will be used within the Sales Planning process and is empowered to make changes to item forecasts when deemed necessary. Requirements: An associate or undergraduate degree in supply chain management, operations, engineering, mathematics or a related field or equivalent work experience.

Requirements: Knowledge of and experience in the following job characteristics: Data gathering, and quantitative and qualitative data analysis, including business process metrics and measures linking to business KPIs and Mathematical/statistical abilities. CPIM, Certified in Production and Inventory Management preferred

Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor’s role is to support, direct and manage the workforce in their assigned area to meet customer requirements. Responsible for the efficient and effective management of their area to meet goals including: Safety, Quality and On- time Delivery .

Requirements: Must have at least 2 years of experience in a leadership role in a manufacturing environment. Must be familiar with Lean Manufacturing tools and concepts.

Cost Accountant

The Cost Accountant will review and analyze labor, material, purchase price and overhead variances and develop gross profit analyses by product line and top 10 customers. Also will interact with warehouse management to ensure accurate inventory reporting, prepare cost estimates for new products and assist in month end closing process and the annual budgeting process.

Requirements: Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting plus 2+ years experience in a manufacturing environment. SyteLine experience is helpful

Quality Engineer

Work Cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing and Customer in the development of new products, processes and maintenance of customer’s existing product. Work with customers in regard to Quality related issues. Prepare corrective and preventative actions reports (i.e. 8ds, 7steps). Good problem solving and root cause analysis skills are essential. Must have Degree in Mechanical-, Electrical-, Manufacturing-, Industrial Engineering or Quality related fields and minimum of 5 years of working experience in Quality Engineering as well as experience in manufacturing of components (i.e. ; Machining, Injection Molding, Metal fabrication stampings, plating)

Project Engineer

Focus on process identification, planning and execution of design with the goal of design improvement and cost reduction. BS in mechanical engineering and 2 – 5 years experience in design in a manufacturing environment. Creo and syteline experience a plus. Lean six sigma/blackbelt.


We are looking for an Experienced CNC Programmer. Must be experienced in developing and programming complex lathe and mill processes. The ideal candidate will also be capable of selecting, evaluating, and specifying tooling for production machining as well as selecting or designing work-holding and fixturing.

Other requirements: Solid understanding of GD&T and Metrology practices, well versed in CAD/CAM and Business Software practices and willing to work overtime as needed.
