Openings for both set up and operation of CNC lathes and mills. Must have prior machining experience, be able to read blue prints and use gauges. CMM and comparator knowledge a plus as well as GD&T. Must be adept at working with close tolerances.
The Cost Engineer is responsible for developing accurate manufacturing cost estimates for a set of different commodities (both make and buy). For more complex/exotic parts work directly with pre-approved suppliers to get quotes. Also identify saving opportunities in our current product by performing estimates and comparing them to the actuals.
Requirements: Degree in Engineering with specialization in Project Management or Cost Control and a minimum of 5 years industrial experience in project estimating and cost controlling in a manufacturing environment
Negotiate supply agreements/contracts for multiple commodities and define, establish and lead purchasing commodity management through the sourcing strategy process (including all phases of marketplace analysis, supplier selection, supplier relationship management, designation, contracting and accreditation).
Requirements: BS in Engineering or Business and minimum of 5 years of strong experience in a Worldwide Purchasing organization. Experience with strategic sourcing, procurement best practices, supplier management best practices. Willingness to travel, both domestically and internationally (Asia and Europe).
Work Cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing and Customer in the development of new products, processes and maintenance of customer’s existing product. Work with customers in regard to Quality related issues. Prepare corrective and preventative actions reports (i.e. 8ds, 7steps). Good problem solving and root cause analysis skills are essential. Must have Degree in Mechanical-, Electrical-, Manufacturing-, Industrial Engineering or Quality related fields and minimum of 5 years of working experience in Quality Engineering as well as experience in manufacturing of components (i.e. ; Machining, Injection Molding, Metal fabrication stampings, plating)
Assure consistent quality by developing and enforcing a proactive approach to quality, good manufacturing practices, validating processes, providing documentation, and managing QE staff. Responsible for leading the development & implementation of quality engineering processes to enable the commercialization of new/revised products with functional responsibility for Quality Engineering deliverables. Provide direction for the release of new products ensuring quality requirements are met, including design verification and validation, process validation, process stability, risk management, design transfer and design review. Manage quality engineers working on the NPD teams to execute quality engineering objectives (eg. Quality plans, validation strategies, testing strategy, etc.) in support of product development projects. Prepare and/or direct corrective and preventative actions reports (i.e. 8Ds, 7-steps).
Requirements: BS in engineering or technical area and a minimum of 5 years of working experience in Quality Engineering developing and implementing processes to ensure product and process quality. Working knowledge of automotive and aerospace industry customer requirements and their impact on the business. Quality engineering background in APQP/PPAP, risk management, SPC, RCCA (8D), DOEs, MSAs, statistics, etc.
Focus on process identification, planning and execution of design with the goal of design improvement and cost reduction. BS in mechanical engineering and 2 – 5 years experience in design in a manufacturing environment. Creo and syteline experience a plus. Lean six sigma/blackbelt.
Responsibilities include the diagnostics of pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical systems. The ability to troubleshoot PLC's, specifically Allen Bradley Suite. Perform routine preventative maintenance on automation equipment. Must be able to work independently and be self-motivated. Ability to work 2nd shift and overtime.
Requirements: 2 - 5 years experience of hands on experience in electronic and control circuitry. 2 year degree in mechanical technology or related field Knowledge of PLC's
